AppHub and AppDesigner

• Many bugs have been fixed in the AppDesigner and AppHub
• A new widget has been added: Code Scanner
  • It allows to scan QR codes and barcodes and to write their value to the IoTHub.
• Property Value Text:
  • When using floating point properties, users can now specify how many decimal places to display
• Writing the same property multiple times with the same button is now forbidden
  • Previously, users could write the same property with multiple effects of the same button although this does not make sense.
