Quick User Help
A brief overview about features of the IoTHub.
The IoTHub is a web application serving the data of your connected devices, process them in different ways and sending out alarms if some values reach critical ranges. It provides a powerful user management to give you full control about who is able to see and manipulate devices, develop and execute scripts, create alarms and connect devices.
All functionalities can be accessed via a web page which is available with the server address and the default port 8080 (or another selected port during the installation). This manual is about the first steps at each subpage of the web application. More detailed descriptions can be found at the user manual and at the help menu inside the IoTHub.
The quick guide is divided into two parts:
All Pages / Sites: This section gives an overview of all pages and sites of the IoTHub, including Things, Agents and Alarms. A overview of the features of each page is also presented.
All General Elements: In the second section, general elements of the IoTHub are described, for example the Navigation Bar, the Help Menu and Language Selection.
